Trusterra FOS – Field App is a unified mobile solution built for both technical field engineers and business field officers working in the Trusterra Electric Vehicle (EV) network. It enables users to perform a wide range of field activities—right from registering new dealers, verifying KYC documents, managing appointments, conducting vehicle inspections, capturing geo-tagged images, and updating inventory status—all from one app, even in offline mode.
The app is specially designed for two key roles:
1. Technical FOS Users – To inspect EVs, report quality checks, and submit readiness status.
2. Business FOS Users – To onboard new dealers, schedule visits, verify documents, and report business visit outcomes.
With this app, fieldwork becomes structured, traceable, and fast, ensuring that dealer activation and technical validations are handled in a smooth and coordinated way. This app is strictly for internal use and can only be accessed by Trusterra-authorized users and partners with valid login credentials.

1. Dealer Onboarding & KYC Verification
• Register new dealers with contact, address, and business details
• Upload mandatory KYC documents (PAN, GST, Aadhaar, trade license, etc.)
• Avoid duplicates by checking mobile number or dealer name in real-time

2. Appointment & Visit Management
• Schedule or reschedule Field Officer Support (FOS) visits
• Track completed, upcoming, and deferred visits
• Record visit outcomes with remarks and attachments

3. Vehicle Technical Inspection
• Conduct detailed multi-point vehicle checks: battery, brakes, lights, tyres, electricals, etc.
• Mark readiness status: Pass, Rework Needed, or Rejected
• Add inspection notes and tag issues

4. Photo Capture & Upload
• Take and upload photos of KYC documents, vehicle condition, chassis, or defects
• Mandatory image validation before report submission
• Support for uploading documents and remarks during site visits

5. Live Geo-tagging
• Automatically capture GPS coordinates during field visits or inspections
• Useful for verifying dealer site locations and inspection coverage

6. Checklists & Remarks
• Use pre-defined digital checklists for both onboarding and inspection
• Add comments, select readiness status, and attach supporting media
• Sync all records to the central system with a clear audit trail

7. Inventory Tracking
• View current inventory status of assigned dealers
• Update vehicle delivery or readiness based on inspection
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for dispatch planning

8. Offline Access
• Use the app in areas with poor connectivity
• All collected data syncs automatically once internet is restored
