We are the only online escrow app that is U.S. government-regulated and compliant with U.S. escrow law. Acting as an independent and impartial third party, we hold and disburse assignment fees between the buyer and seller of services. Our platform securely receives and holds funds from the buyer in a segregated trust account until the agreed-upon conditions in the contract are met, at which point the funds are released to the seller.
