At Trusting Connections Staff, we believe, the shortage is can be rectified, if we use smart technology, automation to help dramatically speed up the process of connecting both sides.

This app serves as a bridge between nannies and families. Families can create care requests, which nannies can view, apply for, and get approved to work. Once approved, nannies can complete the scheduled care assignments and earn money.

Our app does not contain any paid content. Nannies simply register and access available care opportunities through the mobile app. No financial transactions take place within the app.
