About this app

Pace is the official employee self-service app for TrustLab Diagnostics. It gives our team members a single, secure place to manage their day-to-day work life — attendance, pay, leave, documents and HR requests — directly from their phone.

IMPORTANT: Pace is an internal workforce app. It is intended only for active TrustLab Diagnostics employees and requires a valid company account to sign in. It is not a general-purpose app and offers no functionality without an authorised employee login.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Home dashboard — see today's shift, your week's roster, upcoming holidays and team birthdays at a glance.
• Attendance & roster — view your schedule and mark attendance check-in / check-out.
• Leave — check leave balances and apply for leave, then track approval status.
• Payslips — view monthly payslips with a full salary breakdown, year-to-date totals, and acknowledge (attest) each payslip.
• Documents — access your HR letters, company policies and lifecycle documents, and acknowledge them with a typed signature.
• Notices — read HR notices, reply to show-cause notices and acknowledge warnings.
• Concerns & complaints — raise workplace concerns or file a complaint and follow the conversation.
• Attendance requests — submit permission, regularization and shift-change requests.
• Reimbursements — submit expense claims and track their status.
• Performance & goals — view your appraisal cycle, goals and scores, and complete self-assessments.
• Digital ID card — a built-in employee ID with a verification QR code.
• Resignation — submit or withdraw a resignation request.
• Notifications — receive timely HR and approval updates.

PERMISSIONS — WHY WE ASK

• Location (precise/approximate): used only when you mark attendance, to confirm you are at an approved work location. Location is accessed in the foreground at the moment you check in or out. Pace does not track your location in the background.
• Camera: used to capture an attendance selfie for verification when you punch in. Photos are used only for attendance.
• Notifications: used to deliver HR alerts and approval updates.

You are always in control — these features are used only for the actions described above.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Pace connects securely to TrustLab's HR system. Your information is used solely to provide the employee services described above and is handled in line with TrustLab's privacy policy. Access is protected by your company login.
