Ratings and reviews

While I'm not a believer myself, I fully support Catholicism and while I won't use the app, I wanted to leave a "review" to point out a marketing error. The ad on YouTube Shorts with the cool music, black and white space imagery plays a sequence that can be considered heretical in Catholic terms. It says in sequence, "Scripture is ignorance of Christ." I believe what was meant to be sequenced was the famous line by St. Jerome: "Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ."

I love the app. It has helped me work through a lot of theology, devotions, and even personal problems from a Catholic perspective. However it's this last point that made me give 3 starts. Not sure what happened, but yesterday ALL of my conversations were deleted; NOT by me. It truly disappointed me. I had deeply personal things I was working through like the 12 Steps from a Catholic perspective, and learning to deal with my ADHD. If they could get them back I'd be happy to change my review.

I installed this just to leave a review. No one needs an AI for their religious practices. I highly suggest anyone wanting to download this app either save up the money for a real Bible of your choice, or simply look one up online. There are plenty of apps that do not use AI and still help you read scripture every day. Please reconsider downloading this. It isn't worth it. The first thing it does is ask you for your credit card information, not even letting you into the app itself.
