Ratings and reviews

I booked a ride and the price was ranged about 400 to 600 (there about). I reached the destination and the driver ended the ride and I now had to pay about 1400. I was very stunned and angry. It was the first time I used palmdrive in 18 months. I'll obviously never use palmdrive again but other people need to hear this. Fortunately I was able to pay the bill at that time but it can obviously be so much of a trouble if it's the other way round. It was night! Palm drive sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Won't let me sign up, wont send OTP. Also refuse to send OTP to my mtn and 9mobile lines. 2. I think there is still room for improvement. Other similar apps provide you an estimated cost of your journey before you confirm your request, i think that feature should be included in this too.

Pam Drive is highly unreliable. Sometimes the app works well for weeks without issues then other times you can't get a ride. Its best to have this and Ceety Taxi so that they complement each other.
