It takes you guys forever to send the OTP. I've been pressing the resend icon and for more than 8hrs now I haven't seen the code and all my effort to register keeps failing. You guys need to be serious cos as far as I'm concerned, you're not serious. Also make room for existing members to login instead of re-registering after uninstalling the app.

If your downloading this app your just wasting your time. How the hell will want to book a ride and the maps are not functioning. You'll call customer service to book a ride for you and it's like children are playing with the phone. Putting your call on hold. You'll just get stranded with this app. Just like I did today. I was totally standed. I had to start downloading another app and under 3 mins I got my ride.

The pamdrive app has started misbehaving, today i used them for a trip and they displayed 1,786 as cash payment, meanwhile i opted for card payment, later they then called and said i should pay 2,834 and that their app wasn't working fine and it miscalculated. Meaning, the developer is not good enough and the owners doesn't know what they are doing. I've deleted the app. Secondly, regarding card payment, they will charge you N50 to add your card to the app and the card won't work for the trip
