I like this game very much but the problem is ,I completed the act 4 but act 5 isn't unlocked

I completed all the task of chapter 4 but I don't know why I can't play act 5 it is not unlocking act 5 🥺

I was excited upon downloading this game since I completed the Bad Granny 2 because I was expecting something more intense and tricky survival game but I was disappointed because of the game has glitches. When the first time Grandpa caught me, the controls went missing and I tried to exit the game and the same thing happened when Grandpa caught me again. I cannot move since the controls are missing. When I tried to continue the game, the game won't work. How can I play the game?
