Bonjour is an app built for Tryg Affinity's insurance partners. Using this app will stimulate sales for partners with in-store agents by being tailored for the individual agent. Now each agent can take ownership of their own performance and compare it with the progress of others in the company.
Bonjour visualizes progress and earnings, and when targets are reached, the agents can earn progressive kickback. On top of this, the app holds a high quality, yet light and joyful e-learning module, where agents are introduced to product insurance content for the following needs:
- Onbording course for new users in the app/new hires
- Product Insurance knowledge training
- Monthly questions to maintain and improve knowledge within the field
- Sales training using video content
