Standard transfers cost nothing. Instant transfers cost $3.99. No interest, no credit check, and nothing comes out of your next check beyond what you took.

A loan that is not a payday loan
Between 1,000 and 5,000 dollars at 19.99 percent fixed APR, paid back over twelve months straight out of your check. No credit check. You need twelve months with your employer to qualify, and it is not available in every state.
