You cant add your birthday to the app (thus no bday award). Also, when I tried to order through the app, it said "Sorry! We're not available at the moment." It was well over an hour before their closing time and, when I got there, the cashier confirmed that she couldnt see anything wrong from her end so it was definitely an app issue. Finally, there's no way for you to scan a qr code to get credit for an in-store purchase. So I didnt get any points for the cookie I bought from the cashier. Wild.
