Staff — The Smart Employee System

A self-service application for employees in organizations using the StaffHR human resources management system. Designed specifically for the Saudi market, with a fully Arabic interface and night mode support.

✓ Attendance and Departure: Record your attendance and departure directly from your mobile phone, with automatic verification of your presence at your organization's approved work locations (geofencing). Review your attendance and working hours at any time.

✓ Payroll: View your monthly payslips in detail (basic salary, allowances, deductions, net salary) and download your payslip PDF with one click.

✓ Vacation: Submit vacation requests, track their approval status, and view your remaining balance for each type of vacation.

✓ Official Letters: Request your official letters (salary certificate, letter of address) and receive them as PDFs signed with a verifiable QR code.

✓ Bonus and Deduction Requests: For managers: Submit bonus or deduction requests for your employees and track the approval process up to Human Resources. ✓ Housing Card
