Tsamaya plans driving routes that account for risk as well as speed, across Johannesburg, Pretoria, the East and West Rand, Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Secunda.

• Risk-aware routing. Compare the standard route against lower-risk options that steer around flagged zones and roads, then choose what suits you.
• Live risk map. Crime-risk zones and rated roads, coloured by risk level and by time of day. Daytime, evening and night are scored separately.
• Turn-by-turn navigation with spoken guidance, a live safety readout for the road you're on, and alerts as you approach higher-risk areas.
• Trip sharing. Let someone you trust follow your drive until you arrive.
• Built in South Africa for South African roads, with local curation and community reports.
