I was a mobitel customer for decades. But I joint with Airtel with your amazed packages. Mobitel also had to revise their pacakges thanks to airtel. But you have improve yourself in many ways. 1. poor coverage. At least improve along main routes with in the country. 2. poor costumer support. A bot is there to massage with. worthless

Very poor service had good packages back in the day now most are usuless specially the freedom packs and customer service provided is the worst I mostly use the 10gb pack and due to some error during the last 1GB it cuts money when there's actual data available. idk Y this is but fix it as it has happened evrytym

Worst service.. 1.No direct way to contact a customer care agent. Are you serious ? To chat with a bot by whom the needed issues are not being addressed. 2.Limited options for contact center calls. 3.Its been months. Still the issue with dialog calls haven't been fixed. 4. Customer care agents service is not satisfied.
