Its not working sometimes and buggy as hell. Most of the time it crashes and gives this message " Sorry your request cannot complete". When that happens there is no way to check your balance or add packages. You're basically done. How hard it is to patch these bugs? Get new developers **Update, issue still persists even after clearing cache and reinstallation. From the looks of it this issue has been affecting lots of individuals.

I seriously don't understand what's wrong with Airtel. The app says, claim the offers but the ongoing time count down never stopped, everyday is like that. It's just a business trick man. I claimed 10 GB offer for 115rs, but instead they activated the 1 GB plan for 99rs for 14 days. I don't understand it fr. They have the 1 GB plan for unlimited time for 89 rs. Then why tf they'd offer the same plan with less benefits & higher rate which i didn't even claimed.

.Some of the uses I know. 1.It is easy to use. 2.Viewing our account balance is easy 3.Account can be recharged easily 4.There is a facility to transfer money to friends and relatives. But internet speed is not enough. There are no flaws in this app
