About this app

The AFMA mobile application is your insurance at your fingertips. The application allows you to consult and follow your insurance reimbursement files online, ask your questions and send your claims directly to AFMA, find and contact AFMA agencies everywhere in Morocco, at any time, wherever you are .

To take full advantage of all the features of the AFMA mobile application, all you need to do is create an account with your CIN number and choose your password. By authenticating yourself, you access your Insurance Area which gives you access to several services:

#Health insurance :
• Consult the reimbursements of your health records.
• Consult the list of your beneficiaries.

#My Complaints:
• Fill in a new complaint.
• Monitor the processing of your complaints.

#Need help ?
• Contact the support service on our H24 Hotline.
• Find the addresses and numbers of AFMA agencies throughout Morocco.

# But also :
• Update your contact details (address, phone, e-mail), in the "Profile" tab.
• Find our articles and insurance advice videos.

Ratings and reviews

You had a bad experience. When you tried to create an account and reached the phone verification step, the message didn’t arrive due to poor internet connection. Later, when you attempted to log in again, the app displayed a message saying 'phone en cours de validation' without redirecting you to the validation page.

I don't know what you did on the last 2 updates but nothing is working now absolutely nothing, can't log in, can't reset my account, can't create account, the app said my CIN doesn't exist even if i've selected create new account...!!!

I can't see my files I've deposited one at afma the 13th of mai, It's been almost a week now it's not visible on the app.
