Setup was relatively easy, & the service itself worked well. I had no real problem with the connection. My problem came when I tried to extend the service. I downloaded the app, followed the instructions, and found that the renewal price was higher than what I originally paid. That makes no sense to me. As an existing customer, I would expect the price to be the same or lower, not higher. Because of that, I’m leaving 3 stars because the service itself was good, but not all the way through.

Everything worked well and having a phone number, although I didn't have occasion to try it, was a bonus over other competing services... and very economical. I will definitely buy again on my next trip.

Fraud, bought an e-sim for my US trip but never received it. Until a day before the trip they kept on saying it's in process and I'll receive the e-sim within 2 hours. I did not receive the e-sim even after landing in the US. When I reached out they said the e-sim is only compatible with the iPhone and not with my pixel phone. however on their page it was clearly mentioned that e-sim is compatible with Android phones. it's been 15 days and I haven't even received the refund yet.
