Haven't used the app yet as I'm new to using this service, but the website experience is pretty bad. Cantaloupe go on firefox refuses to let me change my password. It keeps skipping the screen where you enter the code you get to your email. I had to use Chrome ( which i never use ), in order to change my password. If it gets updated to where it works better with Firefox, then I'll change my review. But right now, 3 stars.

I would give it a zero if I could. I'm not a novice at using apps for a marketplace purchase, but this is ridiculous. EVERY TIME I select forgot password, it sends me a code that says it's invalid. The one time I was able to use the app, I loaded $ for future purchases. Now I have $ on an app that will not work!

Completely broken app. Nothing worked, couldn't add money, couldn't find the item I was holding in my hand, when I scanned the barcode it said the item wasn't sold by them. I have never had a worse experience using an app and whoever made it needs to never work in software development again.
