Keeps cutting in and out of the show. During commercials, 2 or 3 songs get played and even those get cut off. Also repeats when it pauses. Sometimes it stops on it's own and I have to hit play button again. Overall, the app, based on my experience, has seriously declined the past few months

I hate the "initial ad" that plays before the stream starts. Why? Every time I get any activity on my phone, such as a call, notification, momentary network interruption, etc, the stream stops, but does not restart again. I have to hit pause, then play. Boom. 30 second ad triggered. I'm missing the show. This only happens about ten times an hour. Lately, it's always Kelly reading a spot for Service Professor, who I now despise. The app ad makes the show unlistenable, pushing away customers.

I only use this to listen to FBHW, probably going to use something else in the near future. This app is terrible as far and the audio streaming. It frequently stops playing, pauses or keeps playing songs in the commercial break and you miss half of the next segment. Plays the same song(s) during commercials (the same two for a day, then two more equally crappy songs alternated the next day). FIX IT!!!
