RemoteAll MDesk is a management app that allows you to monitor and remotely control Windows PCs and Android devices registered with RemoteAll Manager from your mobile device.

You can view the current screens and connection status of multiple devices at a glance, and select the necessary device to start 1:1 remote control immediately.

■ Efficient Multi-Device Management

You can distinguish between Windows and Android devices even in environments with many devices. You can configure a monitoring screen suitable for your operating environment by adjusting the number of groups and screen displays.

During remote control, you can use mobile gestures such as pinch zoom, panning, and slot switching. You can also move the control menu displayed on the screen to your desired location for convenient use.

■ Secure Manager-Based Connection

RemoteAll MDesk connects to registered remote devices via the running RemoteAll Manager. If you choose to save login information, it is protected using Android's secure storage.

■ Pre-use Checklist

• RemoteAll Manager must be installed and running on your PC.

• The Windows or Android device you wish to control must be registered with the Manager.

• A stable network connection is required for remote screen and sound transmission.

• Data charges may apply when using a mobile network.

• This app is not designed to connect to any PC independently; it is a dedicated mobile app for managing the RemoteAll Manager operating environment.
