How does it work?

The Cash Book App lets you archive your receipts. It continuously calculates your current balance, providing you with information about your business's cash management.

Use your tablet or smartphone to quickly and easily photograph receipts – no more tedious scanning or copying.

A list of typical uses is already included in the app.

Send your cash book, including all receipt images, as a printable PDF file directly via email.

You can also generate an export file for your accountant, allowing them to import your data into their accounting software instead of manually entering it – saving you money!

This application was developed in collaboration with accountants to ensure accurate data storage and output.

- Manage multiple cash books or clearing accounts (with negative balances)

- Add entries including images
- Display the cash book in a typical, tabular format

- Automatic monthly and annual statistics

- Export to PDF, CSV (for import), and receipt files (Pro version: XLSX Excel export)
