After Tstar merger with Taiwan Mobile, Vibo not foreign worker friendly anymore. 1 year internet option now disappear from menu. Left us only with 180 days which is not economical and practically the same price with regular internet packages. I hope they just gradually fixed things up, otherwise congratulations for corporate greed. Update (1/26) Seems they remove internet packages from the apps. We no longer can buy cheap internet from Tstar (TWM). Better avoid Vibo/OK!

Like the rating 3/5. This phone service borrows a bit of bandwidth from T-star mobile in Taiwan. So if you do the speed test it show you good numbers and even for certain apps such as skype they give you preferred speeds. But for every day internet actions your speed is about. 1mb and sometimes less based on peak time usage. Overall I would not recommend this service. It's handy only if you have wifi at home and work, and don't care for monthly top ups or can't get a contract plan.
