Clap To Find Phone & Anti-Theft Alarm helps you locate a misplaced device and protect it from unauthorized handling in daily situations such as home, office, or public places.

With smart sound detection and motion-based alarms, the app can trigger loud alerts (using the alarm audio stream), flashlight, and vibration to help you find your phone or deter potential theft — even when the device is in silent mode (behavior may vary by device and system settings).

🔎 Phone Finder by Sound

Find your phone using simple sound cues:

• Clap to Find – Detects clapping and plays a loud alarm, flashes the torch, and vibrates
• Whistle to Find – Triggers an alert when a whistle pattern is recognized

All sound detection is used only for recognizing selected short sound patterns and activating alerts. No conversations are recorded or stored.

🛡️ Anti-Theft Alarm Protection

Protect your device from unauthorized movement or removal:

• Don’t-Touch Mode – Sounds an alarm when the phone is lifted or moved
• Pocket Mode – Alerts when the phone is taken out of a pocket or bag
• Charging Mode – Triggers an alarm if the charging cable is unplugged

Detection is based on device sensors and system events, not on tracking people.

The app runs in a foreground service to keep detection active when the screen is off.

🔒 Privacy & Permissions

Your privacy is a priority:

• Microphone – Used only to detect short sound patterns (clap, whistle, or user-recorded cue). No continuous recording and no storage of conversations.
• Camera / Flash – Used only to control the flashlight for visual alerts.
• Vibration – Used to play alert patterns.
• Foreground Service – Keeps detection active with a visible notification.

All processing can be done locally on the device. The app does not record, monitor, or transmit ambient audio and is not designed for surveillance purposes. You can enable or disable all features at any time
