Tsubo Price Calculator is a simple calculator for Japanese real estate figures. Enter any two of the three values — area in square meters, price, and Tsubo Price — and the remaining one is calculated for you automatically.

Three values, linked automatically
Tsubo Price expresses the price of land or a building per tsubo, the traditional Japanese unit of area (1 tsubo = 3.305785 m²). Because it puts properties of different sizes on the same footing, it has long been a standard reference in Japanese real estate practice. In this app, the two values you entered most recently are used as the basis, and the third is calculated instantly.

Comparison table
Choose one value to keep fixed, set a step size in percent, and the app lists how the other figures change as the value moves up and down. Each row also shows the percentage difference from your starting point, so you can scan alternatives at a glance — handy when you are weighing a price adjustment or lining up several properties side by side.
