I just want to know that can anyone used the 15 second video service anywhere in the world like someone from different country or city used this and pay is it worked perfectly or not????

I never saw the live feed screen was blank

kinda cool but it was supposed to be free with a code,then it was sold out then not free and never did work correctly. it would have been cool i was even told i had been chosen, then told my video needed adjusting, then told the spots were all full. paris hilton brought attention to this product and had sent out a code to use for a free video spot..
