The trust oversees the operations & finances of the most visited Hindu Religious Temple in the world. With a moto to provide hassle free services to Srivari devotees, TTD continuously updating its online portal and Mobile App services.

TTD is presenting updated Mobile App with much more improved features like user friendly UI, pilgrim friendly login using mobile number and OTP, Notifications for real-time updates, Live streaming of Videos & Audios, ease of availing / booking services like Special Entry Darshan, Accommodation, Srivari Sevas etc., including Hundi & donation offering acceptance and other services.

This app is extremely frustrating. I waited for nearly 50 minutes just to book a ticket, but I still couldn't get one. The booking system is very poor and wastes devotees' time. Please fix the server and booking process so genuine users have a fair chance to book tickets. Right now, the experience is unacceptable. Similar complaints about long queues, failed bookings, and repeated retries have also been reported by many other users.

Worst app design. after recent update it's started showing logged in other devices. but I don't logged in any device. but it's showing like that, also there's no option to logout from other devices if really logged in on other devices. it should show those devices detaila. but it's not showing any device list which is a issue in this app. also everytime asking for details freshly. no scope first saving data in the app. so thar we can simply click on those like train and bus tickets App.

I have been using the TTD online app for over 2 years. It worked well initially, but for the past 3–4 months it has become very frustrating. After entering all the details, the booking fails saying the slot is already booked, even though vacancies are still shown. This happens for both Senior Citizen and Special Entry Darshan bookings. The app's reliability has become very poor. Please fix these issues. Very disappointed with the current experience.
