With a moto to provide hassle free services to Srivari devotees, TTD continuously updating its online portal and Mobile App services.

TTD is presenting updated Mobile App with much more improved features like user friendly UI, pilgrim friendly login using mobile number and OTP, Notifications for real-time updates, Live streaming of Videos & Audios, ease of availing / booking services like Special Entry Darshan, Accommodation, Srivari Sevas etc., including Hundi & donation offering acceptance and other services.

Worst user experience ever had. Tried more 20 times to book slots, logged in more that 7 times and waited in virtual queue more than 6 minutes each time. Even though failed to book the slots with the error message to try after "sometime". Firstly! When app is redirecting to website, what is the use of app?? Data entered is not getting saved, had to enter every single time. Scanner is not working. Note : Previous version of app is way better than current. Hope you people work on this soon.

I have tried and trying so many times but it was not successful,if we book for a selected date then it shows already booked to that date slots completed,if change the date then it shows already the pilgrims booking in process finally atleast the statment is we have to realize that we can't get a ticket,seva or kalyanam what ever the seva is we can't buy that even if we have entered all the data also in 1 mins ,we have to pray from our home only because the booking won't happen for it. realize it

The app has added a restriction on a single person booking for darshan in one slot even when we select a 4/5-person booking in the dropdown. I have booked a ticket for my family from 2023 to 2025 all in January, and it was working fine. This year I am trying to book from January but didn't book each time and now I noticed the restriction. This makes family booking impossible.
