The trust oversees the operations & finances of the most visited Hindu Religious Temple in the world. With a moto to provide hassle free services to Srivari devotees, TTD continuously updating its online portal and Mobile App services.

TTD is presenting updated Mobile App with much more improved features like user friendly UI, pilgrim friendly login using mobile number and OTP, Notifications for real-time updates, Live streaming of Videos & Audios, ease of availing / booking services like Special Entry Darshan, Accommodation, Srivari Sevas etc., including Hundi & donation offering acceptance and other services.

This app is not working properly anymore. When booking for 'Special Entry Darshan,' after entering the details of all individuals and proceeding to the payment stage, I repeatedly encounter an 'Unable to process your request' error. Additionally, the booking process involves a long wait in a queue, requiring me to wait until the timer runs out. I have been trying on the 24th of every month for the past four months, yet I have failed to book a 'Special Entry Darshan' ticket each time. Unsatisfy.

The ticket booking process is very frustrating. Whenever I select a slot, it keeps showing Choose another slot. Even when I select another slot, I am unable to book the ticket. This makes me waste a lot of time and leaves me frustrated. The Devasthanam should consider five year back booking system . That would be much easier and more helpful for devotees. The current system is unnecessarily complicated and causes a lot of inconvenience to people.

The TTD app and website seem like a complete scam because when you try to book a ticket, it shows the available time slots. However, after filling in all the required information and proceeding to payment, the selected slot suddenly shows as already booked, even though the 1,000 ticket is still showing as available. This issue needs to be fixed.
