With a moto to provide hassle free services to Srivari devotees, TTD continuously updating its online portal and Mobile App services.

TTD is presenting updated Mobile App with much more improved features like user friendly UI, pilgrim friendly login using mobile number and OTP, Notifications for real-time updates, Live streaming of Videos & Audios, ease of availing / booking services like Special Entry Darshan, Accommodation, Srivari Sevas etc., including Hundi & donation offering acceptance and other services.

Worst user experience ever had. Tried more 20 times to book slots, logged in more that 7 times and waited in virtual queue more than 6 minutes each time. Even though failed to book the slots with the error message to try after "sometime". Firstly! When app is redirecting to website, what is the use of app?? Data entered is not getting saved, had to enter every single time. Scanner is not working. Note : Previous version of app is way better than current. Hope you people work on this soon.

Today, I started exactly at 10:00 AM to book the slot. I tried using both mobile and laptop, but every time during the payment process, it showed “sorry this slot almost filled try another slot” I don’t know whether this is a glitch or if the TTD operators are not maintaining the system properly. Also, when I checked the reviews, most people had given a 1-star rating, so I don’t understand how the overall rating is showing as 4.8. I request the AP Government to look into this issue

NO 1 worst and scam app tickets are got getting booked within 1 to 2 minutes. All slots will go to red. How come this happens?? or i will get error this slot is booked by others. the big scam is going on... If you dont want to allow common people to book, then dont release them. Need to improve the system and process.
