Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is an independent Trust manages Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamyvari Temple in Tirumala including its allied local temples. The trust oversees the operations & finances of the most visited Hindu Religious Temple in the world. With a moto to provide hassle free services to Srivari devotees, TTD continuously updating its online portal and Mobile App services.

TTD is presenting updated Mobile App with much more improved features like user friendly UI, pilgrim friendly login using mobile number and OTP, Notifications for real-time updates, Live streaming of Videos & Audios, ease of availing / booking services like Special Entry Darshan, Accommodation, Srivari Sevas etc., including Hundi & donation offering acceptance and other services.

Good, however needs update. If booking runs into issue, error is not handled properly. Adhar number is not released from in process and user can't rectify the error and book a slot. only one shot with all correct numbers one has to book without any errors. please clear the id numbers from all places you store the numbers, so that user can start fresh booking. also allow one user to book for their relatives with their aadhar numbers. as of now app blocks user to do second resevation for family.

The virtual queue is really frustrating. It shows a longer wait time on mobile compared to the PC, and whenever I try to book a ticket, it says the slot is already booked even though I open it exactly at the booking time. It’s extremely inconvenient that the app doesn’t allow users to simply choose any available date and time. The whole booking process feels very difficult and unreliable.

unable to book Accommodation, sevas etc. Every time it is showing payment pending without doing payment. and unable to book second time. becoming the worst app day by day. also I don't understand about the countdown time of 5 to 7 mins. All tickets were booked in that countdown time. Booking irctc tatkal is more easy. worst experience
