The app works fine although sometimes it takes awhile to connect to start the machine. Make the room status available. It would be very helpful to know if a machine is available. I am on the top floor and have to go all the way downstairs to see if machines are in use. Having that feature on the app would be a huge help and definitely bump up to 5 stars.

The app works okay, but could be improved. To add additional minutes to the dryer, you need to add it six minutes at a time, and each time it takes about forty five seconds to add it. Also, when using the laundry card and not the app, occasionally it will steal twenty five cents from you.If your synchronicity, pressing the button is off from moving the card.It's an art like driving a manual transmission car. timing and pressing the clutch has to be right.It's kind of the same with that.

The setup process could be a little more intuitive and user friendly. The option to use Bluetooth or NFC should be available. However, I know the machines are bluetooth only? When I moved into my apartment, they gave me a card and it had $2 on it. When I added the card to my app, shouldn't it have picked up the balance and added it to the app? I don't see any way to contact support or a FAQ.
