Laundry Connect Pay from Automatic Laundry is a feature rich app that allows you to operate the washers and dryers in your community or campus laundry room with your smart phone. Easy to set up and add value, start machines, track history, contact us, request service, access laundry tutorials and stain removal guides, live status of your washer or dryer, text or e-mail notifications when your laundry machine is done and more! Makes doing laundry easier and much more convenient than having to get quarters and having to carry around a laundry card – everything is right on your phone! The app also allows us to give you instant refunds. This app only works at communities and schools that have laundry rooms managed by Automatic Laundry with our Laundry Connect Pay system installed. Check your laundry room signage for information and availability of Laundry Connect Pay. Bluetooth is required to be on to recognize and start machines.

The app is great! Easy to use and doesn't log you off. The price of laundry loads has increased and now it is $2 a load instead of $1.75. A medium load with warm water is $2.25. When adding extra time for a dryer load $0.25 gets you 6 minutes instead of the 7 minutes it use to be. The default dryer time went from 63 minutes in 2020 to 50 minutes in 2024.🤔 It's so expensive now.😩 I wish there was a point system so you could earn a free load of wash and/or dry or 1 day a year 50% off or free.🙏

App is very easy to navigate! Hotline has been pretty helpful in the past. I just wish my building (Andover, MA) had bigger more updated machines than what we have now. Especially for the price!! But that is not the company's problem & more of a problem for my property managers, haha! I'm sure the company would absolutely agree with me if they saw the state of the machine. & how small it is for the amount of people in the building! Anyway, I do love the app & how easy it is to navigate!!

So in my building I have no option but to use this app. It would be nice if you could load 5$ at a time instead of a 10$ min. My main complaint is that when I want to add more time on the dryers I can only add .25 @ a time and it is very time consuming if I am trying to add an extra 1$ to the dryer. I have to wait for each.25 to load and hit start. It would be nice if they had a drop down option for adding time. There is also many times when I have to exit the app and go back in. Bad condition.
