If possible would have given zero star. Most useless app. You book your service appointment from the app, even if the appointment is confirmed, it doesn't get confirmed unless confirmed by the service center over phone. The app has no clue of slots' availability in the service center. Please don't install this app. It's of no use. Better get contact number from your nearest service center and call them whenever your car is service due.

Cant even book paid service appointment. I tried 3 different service stations near my home in Delhi, on 3 different dates but after providing necessary details every time I got the same message, booking failed please check other service stations. What's the use of an option to book a service appointment via the app if it can't be done?!!

Most of the times app does not work. Booked service request does not reflect in the service centre. When I went to the service station last time they told their system is not reflecting the request which was done through the app. Now the app does not work, unable to raise service request. No option to edit the service request. Poor service.
