With the Türk Telekom Life Making Services (HKS) application, you can make fun calls by adding notes and images, and find out who the numbers that are not registered in your contact list belong to when your phone rings. You can set reminders for your calls, receive reminders for your missed calls, and quickly access your daily call summary. You can listen to your voicemail messages with a single click, as well as easily manage other call, bill and TL/balance services offered by Türk Telekom Mobile.

• With the CallerKnow Plus service, you can find out who is calling you, how many times and when you were called, in cases where you cannot be reached.
• With the voicemail service, you can easily direct your line to voicemail and listen to your voice messages.
• With the Call Blocking service, you can block numbers that you do not want to call you, or you can determine the numbers you want to be called by creating a list of allowed numbers.
• With the Collect Call service, you can easily initiate a collect call by selecting it from your contact list or by dialing the number.

• Have you received happy news or want to surprise your loved ones? With the HKS application, you can add notes and images to your calls and share your most exciting moments with your loved ones before your call is answered.
• You can prevent your phone from ringing when you do not want it with the Do Not Disturb feature of the application. Additionally, if you want only the people you specify to call you, simply set these people as Favorites.
• You can find out who the people who are calling you but are not in your contact list are while your phone rings.
• You can designate calls from numbers you do not want to receive as spam or forward them to voicemail.
• You can view all your incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected call records for a number on a single screen.
