TTMS Fleet Driver

Total Transport Management Inc.

About this app

TTMS Fleet Driver is the driver app for trucking companies that run on TTMS Fleet. Your office gives you your sign-in; the app gives you your trips, your paperwork and your pay in one clear place.

ONE CLEAR JOURNEY
• The next step of your trip is always on top: accept the load, collect the truck, pre-trip, start, arrive, loaded, delivered, finish. Tap it when it's done.
• Between stops the app shows where the trip stands: miles to go, your appointment window, time at the dock.
• No signal? Your taps are saved on the phone and sent to your office as soon as you are back online.

PAPERWORK WITHOUT THE PAPER
• Scan bills of lading, delivery receipts, fuel slips and other paperwork with the camera. Pages are found and straightened for you.
• Your office sees every scan in TTMS Fleet right away.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR), with defects, photos and your signature.

HOURS, PAY AND YOUR OFFICE
• Hours-of-service clocks for drive, shift, break and cycle. A planning aid: your ELD stays the legal record.
• My Pay: what you earned on each load, what was paid and what is still owed.
• When your office needs something (a fuel slip, an odometer reading, an inspection, a document) it shows on your Home screen. One tap to send it.
• Call or message your dispatcher from the app.

LIVE LOCATION FOR YOUR DISPATCHER
• While you are on a load, the app shares your position with your dispatcher, so they can see your arrivals and give customers an ETA. Sharing stops when the trip ends or when you turn it off.

BUILT FOR THE CAB
• Big, clear buttons, with day and night themes.
• English, Español, हिन्दी and ਪੰਜਾਬੀ.

SIGNING IN
Your office creates your login in TTMS Fleet and gives you three things: your company name, your user name and your password. This app is for drivers of fleets that use TTMS Fleet.
