This app enables you create fancy and eye catching neon names animating over your mobile screen. You can set the size and count of the name, as well as the font to use. You are allowed to tweak the neon effects such as color, glow spread and brightness as fancy as you want. You can make your names flashing, moving or zooming in and out smoothly at a desired rate. In addition, you can select the background color or crop out part of your stock photo as the background image.
