SCOPAY lets parents' book and pay for their children’s school trips and clubs, meals, purchase stationery, uniforms and more.

This app is regularly updated as new features are added

Manage payments:
• Pay for school meals, wraparound care, clubs, trips, events, stationery and uniform
• Use a variety of payment methods, including credit or debit cards and Google Pay
• Save credit card details to speed up payments
• View balances and payment history, including payments made in school
• Set up automated monthly payments

Manage bookings:
• Pre-order meals (primary schools) or top-up canteen balance (secondary)
• Book sessions at breakfast or after-school clubs
• Sign up for optional trips
• Use easy online forms to give consent and other information

Manage your account:
• Manage multiple children from one account – even if they attend different schools
• Children can be linked to multiple parent or guardian accounts
• Reset your details, including email address, password and billing information

Please note: some app functions are dependent on the choices of individual schools. Not all schools will use all the facilities described above.

Ratings and reviews

The new update is not very user friendly. when I tried to top up the balance, i cant even see the amount typed on that space as it was overwriting. Selection of menu is not smooth.

THIS NEEDS FIXING. Nothing in the middle of the phone screen responds so I can no longer pay any money as the pay now button doesn't respond. 2 years on & still useless. Almost impossible to enter card details (the screen seems unresponsive). Also, it does not allow the card details to be saved so I have the trauma of trying to enter my details every time I use the app.

It's never been the greatest of apps and it often clunky but today it's been totally useless! All my saved cards had gone and it wouldn’t accept any new cards so I could make any payments to the school. Force stopped app, cleared cache and data, logged back in but it still refused to work. I had to access the website on my PC instead and that also wasn’t working properly but eventually I was able to pay the school. Sort it out guys... your consistently poor reviews say it all!
