Absolutely awful never take this even if you have too. I was running late to class and decided I was giubg to take a tuktuk to get their quicker huge mistake. the whole ride the skooter was playing qn audio clip that I was not in a buke rack and could bot park the scooter mind you I was not trying to park. later when I got to campus and tried to park it would not let me and I had ro leave campus restart my app and walk too class defeating the purpose and the customer help number is a dead number

We rented four scooters, when we reached our destination the total was $11, montana to the pier. When we tried to turn the ride off only one of the bikes turned off and I had to hunt for the customer service number and call multiple times to get the other bikes off. By the time I finally reached someone our total was over 60 and they are charging me that! The app requires you put an amount on your balance but your balance is meaningless as it will allow you to go over without notice.

very poorly optimzed. When I first downloaded it it, the loading screen took forever to sign up. I have good internet connection so it wasn't on my end and I tried signing up with someone elses phone and encountered the same issue. The new update requiring ID's is the most frustrating thing. Not only does I have to verify with my ID every time I want a ride, uploading the picture doesnt work most of the time. my last issue with this is that I cant unlock a scooter lately since it wont load
