I’ve used Tully since before they started charging a subscription, and I’m extremely disappointed with what the app has become. I was charged for a subscription, but now I can’t even log into my account to use the service I paid for. I contacted support nearly a week ago—still no response. Charging customers while denying them access and support is unacceptable. I wouldn't waste your time or money.

Over 5 years or more of lyrics and songs were lost because somehow I couldn't log in. I contacted their support team and heard nothing back and still can't log in. Even though I've paid the subscription every month to be able to access my account to begin with. I highly would not recommend this app if you want somewhere to store your lyrics. Terrible service and not worth the $10 you have to pay for the subscription.

One star. The app itself has had a few updates and has got a lot better over time from what it was. However, with the new overhaul of features coming, all accounts must be paid, forcing all Tully users that came for the free experience out. Whether the app is still backed by Joyner or not, no rapper is making me pay that much for a half assed cheap piece of tech. It is not worth the price when things like Bandlab and note pad are free. Anyone can look up a metronome or free ai sites for lyrics.
