Ratings and reviews

Horrible and disgusting experience. If you like cleaning other's dirt, garbage stuck in the vacuum cleaner, go for it. Reaching out to support team doesn't help either. They just send template messages about inconvenience without taking any actions.

The app was decent until the most recent update. Now it doesn't work at all on my Pixel 7. It only goes to the info page and reinstalling doesn't fix it. At a loss since the contact email for the app isn't correct.

Doors do not open the right items and I honestly feel very disappointed. They never solved the issue in a month of reporting this. Highly not recommending this. They charged me also for items I never used... they said they issued a refund but I see nothing.
