The app is good; however, It has many glitches : Sometimes it doesn't open at all and sometimes it fails to take images of items that have already been returned.

app crashes often or won't open making it difficult to return your items.

app was so buggy that I couldn't even go past registration. customer support is nonexistant and I haven't received a word back in weeks. printing a piece of paper was never so difficult.
