Ratings and reviews

they suck! they want me to spend ten dollars a month for a membership just to be able to shop and give them more money. they're not cheaper than the store. also only a 14 day free trial is trash.

Customer service could use improvement. Despite faulty or missing equipment, they still charge your account. Doors are often broken and the rental won't start or incorrectly recorded.

app down for maintenance when I needed to use it at a hotel i was staying at....for 4 hours. terrible app
