Doors do not open the right items and I honestly feel very disappointed. They never solved the issue in a month of reporting this. Highly not recommending this. They charged me also for items I never used... they said they issued a refund but I see nothing.

Customer service could use improvement. Despite faulty or missing equipment, they still charge your account. Doors are often broken and the rental won't start or incorrectly recorded.

The app was decent until the most recent update. Now it doesn't work at all on my Pixel 7. It only goes to the info page and reinstalling doesn't fix it. At a loss since the contact email for the app isn't correct.
