Want to report a pothole, broken traffic signal, or graffiti while you are out and about? The Tulsa311 App makes reporting issues like these easier than ever! The app uses GPS to identify your location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Requests are automatically sent to the servicing department in Tulsa City Council for resolution. You will be able to follow your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved.

I have had nearly nothing but problems with the app to the point where now I just call every time. Please checkout DuckAndPheonix Podcast on Instagram. It doesn't pay me so you know it's got to be for something more important.

This is quite possibly the worst application I've ever used. The address search is terrible, and gives no examples of what information it expects in each field. The photo uploader rejects .jpg images for some reason, and there has clearly been very little, if any, considerations for using this on a mobile device.

App never works, it just opens to a blank screen. The ONE time I did get it to open, it was horrible and buggy. No longer have the location option, you have to manually enter every address or manually drop a pin for things like signage issues.
