Convenient when it works but an absolute NIGHTMARE when it doesn't, you're guaranteed a 50/50 shot of having to wait almost an hour just for the "bot" or "representative" to not only respond but also find the issue and successfuly solve the problem. If the buildings wifi goes down? good luck. Machines constantly go down for weeks on end. If you pay for a machine and it fails to start? you have to prove you made a purchase to get a refund but the transaction history is unorganized. GOOD LUCK

Its not necessarily the app, but the business itself. If you find an apartment that uses this app for shared laundry, run as far away as you can. Terrible customer service, machines sometimes don't work and they try to blame you so they don't have to give you a refund, they only take increments of 10 dollars, and the service is usually pretty pricey (about $30 a month for one person). All around just a scammy business meant to take advantage of those with lesser income.

In 7 months of using this app, I have had many, many problems, often not discovered until clothes are loaded and soaped. Problems are resolved sometimes in 3 days, sometimes in 10 minutes, and only through this in-app chat with maybe an English speaker, maybe not. There is a good chance that doing your laundry will take much more time than you had planned. 3 years later, same problems. Now "user error, no refund" when this app often switches to a different laundry room at the confirm screen.
