In 7 months of using this app, I have had many, many problems, often not discovered until clothes are loaded and soaped. Problems are resolved sometimes in 3 days, sometimes in 10 minutes, and only through this in-app chat with maybe an English speaker, maybe not. There is a good chance that doing your laundry will take much more time than you had planned. Quarters were more reliable!

If you have to use this app, sign with a feminine name. I started a ticket, Mark started working on it, my girlfriend came in after me, had the same problem 3 times, and Mark got her 3 washers going before getting back to me. I'm sure glad I don't have to fumble around with coins anymore..

Tumble made my washing experience a whole lot easier because I had let my washing by the waist side. The first day I use tumble it change my washing experience on a whole new level. I can scan the machine and it made appreciate washing that much more. Because the tumble machine notified you of when your load of washing is finished. I give them a 5 star rating.
