Horrible experience and I've used other app in past. QR code for machine is on top on a small panel in credit card part. Why? Hard to find! Its not convenient height either for people under 5'4". You have 2 LARGE qr codes on front of machine to advertise app though. App kept closing, wi-fi and 5g worked terribly at location. The credit card reader didn't work and said swipe again. When I did my 10% that worked before was removed. Want refund for 2 of us.

the problem that I am having with this app, is that occasionally it will put a fraud alert on my account. when none of the cards that I utilize to put money on this account, have a fraud alert. And when I email them about the problem, because that's the only way you can contact them, there is no response.

Terrible app. Doesn't connect to wi-fi and no explanation on how to use it. I think you're supposed to add money somehow but no idea where in the app to do it. It says to scan QR code but there was no QR code on the machine other than the one to download the app. The aggrevation of this app is not worth the pittance you'd save.
