Ive been going 2tumble fresh 4yrs. I've noticed they haven't had many customer appreciation discounts . That's what got me hooked. I've slowed down tremendously in using their services cuz of that reason. I do have 2say,'the biggie washer' is over priced. I've only used when discount was offered. Couldnt afford it They do keep most locations clean&respond 2yr needs i timely manner. Such as refunds, servicing equipmentet. But beware at some locations,wise 2lock up yr valuables.. Enjoy!

Horrible experience and I've used other app in past. QR code for machine is on top on a small panel in credit card part. Why? Hard to find! Its not convenient height either for people under 5'4". You have 2 LARGE qr codes on front of machine to advertise app though. App kept closing, wi-fi and 5g worked terribly at location. The credit card reader didn't work and said swipe again. When I did my 10% that worked before was removed. Want refund for 2 of us.

Can't connect inside Tumble fresh location. Had to go outside to log in to app and quick start machine. Go Back inside to push start button on machine. Frustrating. Old fascard app had no problems. Would rather use quartets.
