Wake up to the station you love. TuneWake is a radio alarm clock, a world radio app and a podcast player in one.
An alarm that plays your radio
• TuneWake uses Android's alarm clock system, so alarms ring on time with the app closed and stay set after your phone restarts.
• On a locked phone, the alarm turns the screen on, opens TuneWake over the lock screen and starts your station or podcast episode by itself. After a restart, until you first unlock your phone, it rings with TuneWake's alarm tone only.
• TuneWake's alarm tone starts first, rising gently to your phone's alarm volume, so it rings even with the ringer on silent. It steps aside once your station is playing, and comes back if the stream drops.
• Your station fades in over 30 seconds to the volume you set for that alarm. If your media volume is low, TuneWake raises it and sets it back when you stop or snooze.
• Station down, no connection, or the episode ended? The alarm tone rings instead.
Mornings your way
• Repeat on the days you choose, or set a one-time alarm.
• Give each alarm a label and its own volume.
• Wake up to a podcast: the newest episode, or the next one in order.
• Tap "Wake me with this" on any station or show, and preview an alarm before saving it.
• Snooze for 9 minutes, stop, or keep listening. A snooze is an Android alarm too, so it rings with the screen off.
• Depending on your Android version, you may need to allow notifications, exact alarms or full-screen alarms. The Alarms screen shows what's missing. Optional: "Appear on top" lets an alarm take over the screen while you're using your phone, instead of ringing with a notification.
Thousands of live stations
• News, talk, jazz, classical, pop, rock and more, from around the world.
• Browse by genre, country or language, see what's most listened to, search by name, or replay recent stations.
• Save presets with the heart, in your own order, and bundle stations into groups like "Morning news", where next and previous stay inside the group.
• Keeps playing with the screen off, and reconnects by itself if a stream drops.
Podcasts next to your radio
• Top charts for 36 countries in 19 categories, plus search by show name or host.
• Follow shows and see new episodes in one place, or add any show by RSS feed address or feed file.
• Resume where you stopped, read show notes, mark episodes played and filter to unplayed.
• Speed from 0.8x to 2x, skip back 15 or forward 30 seconds, and optional auto-play of the next episode.
Drift off, too
• Sleep timer from 15 minutes to 2 hours, a custom length up to 8 hours, or the end of the episode. The volume fades out over the last 30 seconds, and one tap adds 15 minutes.
Calm by design
• Home opens on a big clock with your next alarm, presets and podcasts, in the sections and order you choose.
• A full-screen player with big artwork and the time.
• Light, dark or system appearance, a 24-hour clock, and 15 languages.
No ads, no account
• No ads from TuneWake (stations and podcasts may air their own), and no account to create.
• Your presets, alarms, history and listening progress are stored on your phone.
Subscription
TuneWake requires an auto-renewing subscription: US$0.99 per month or US$9.99 per year (€0.99 or €9.99 in the eurozone, VAT included; prices vary by country). New subscribers get their first month free, once per Google account. Your Google Play account is charged when the free month ends, or when you subscribe if you aren't eligible for it. It renews automatically until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the free month or the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Already subscribed? Tap Restore purchase in the app.
