I ordered food twice using this app. Both times from good restaurants with high ratings. The food arrived cold both times. First time it also arrived too late. The second night,delivery guy didn't have the change so I had to pay more for a service that I was not happy with at all. The food came without any receipts in both occasions even though on second night i had specifically asked to send me the receipt learning from the first night! All in all a very bad delivery system. Won't use it again

This app is so confused. It will pop a notification, the title of the notification will have a mixture of both english and portuguese and then the description of this notification will be in english. Same things for the emails you receive, "Summary of Your Pedido"? The tracking is barely non-existent. You see the delivery man on the way, but the app never actually refreshes it automatically. You have to exit, go back in to check the most recent update. You charge so much and this barely works.

They deaerve one star for the initiative of creating such an app to serve the market in Angola plus another star for performing relatively quick deliveries. However, I have just had a terrible experience with an order which was delivered without the drink I paid for. Contacted Customer Services and this guy was really arrogant and never said please neither sorry. At the end I did not get the drink I paid for and felt frustrated and robbed. Customer Services must improve in professionalism.
