2 1/2 yr user for work, no choice. 30+ cams. Unstable, unreliable, randomly cams will blur out, lots of errors loading cam views, some will go offline for days. So many missed motion events by motion cams caught by others. Only download a few minutes at a time to be effective, no good for a classroom incident. Web portal mildly easier to navigate. Expensive to service. Challenge to get support or response. New phone-app won't stop flickering making it unviewable and unusable.

Awful. I work for one of the largest system integrator's in the country. I hold over a dozen manufacturers certifications(including exacq, milestone, alivigion, verint to name a few). I have never encountered a system so convoluted and unstable as this one. From the app to the NVR to a complete lack of any product support, I cannot stress enough how big of a mistake it was going with turing. Stay away

It is sporadic. 90% of the time not all all aspects and features are not working. Restarting the app doesn't work. Restarting my phone doesn't. The installer doesn't seem to want to service the account; Service calls never correct the problem without creating new problems. On site calls to reset equipment is $300. I definitely would not repeat or recommend.
