Truly disappointing with the ongoing cut offs and literally no help or information from the customer service. Internet outage lasted for 4 days and it just keeps happening for a while. With the charge being incredibly expensive, this is unacceptable. I want to switch to another internet provider but that's another issue. I don't want to hear a voicemail that says there's a problem we are working on and call it a day like it solved everything. Everyone's complaining and you're not doing anything.

The internet itself is fine but the customer service is terrible. You can't call and speak to a representative they redirect everything to the automated chat bot which is completely useless. We're trying to move our internet to a new address and it has been over a week since we filed a request and we still don't have internet in our home. Internet speed is fine - everything else is seriously lacking.

Horrible support feature, no internet for days and intermittent connection drops. Very unsatisfying experience. App isn't great either.
