Ratings and reviews

Almost $100 a year is a bit much for something you might use once a year. The free version is possible if you have 2 -4 months to wait for approval, that is a red flag for me on customer service. That is entirely too long to look at 5 questions. So my search continues.

This app still won't open on my Android Galaxy S24 Ultra. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Doesn't seem Android-friendly.

Requires you to pay before you can see the app or get a feel for it. Would make more sense to allow people access from the account they created to check out the app and see if it's a fit before paying. I am going to look at the other services due to this and may circle back after more research.
