I am supposed to get this for free via a legal plan I have. It took weeks for my account to activate in January, and a few days ago it got incorrectly deactivated. Terrible pattern if you cannot rely on it being functional when you need it. I emailed customer service and still waiting on a response.

This app still won't open on my Android Galaxy S24 Ultra. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Doesn't seem Android-friendly.

Requires you to pay before you can see the app or get a feel for it. Would make more sense to allow people access from the account they created to check out the app and see if it's a fit before paying. I am going to look at the other services due to this and may circle back after more research.
