Almost $100 a year is a bit much for something you might use once a year. The free version is possible if you have 2 -4 months to wait for approval, that is a red flag for me on customer service. That is entirely too long to look at 5 questions. So my search continues.

While we'd love to make the app free for everyone, we have to charge so that our team and attorney network can be on-demand 24/7/365 — but we are always finding new sponsors & partners to bring more users on the app at no cost to them. Requires you to pay before you can see the app or get a feel for it. Would make more sense to allow people access from the account they created to check out the app and see if it's a fit before paying. I am going to look at the other services due to this and may circle back after more research.

Your company's morals and app are garbage. Do not download this. There are many competitors who are much better. choose any of the 3 for a better experience.
