So I at first thought That this would be a good app and a good way for my teen to be able to make some extra cash since they asked him to participate in something and they would send $50 Venmo once it was completed well needless to say that was over a month ago I have tried countless times to email the person and text them call them with no Avail they are completely avoiding issuing the payment out which is not Right by any means. I am so completely mad and more than that my child is let down

An Easy Entryway for being an Activist! Overview: This is a review for the release version of the TurnUp app. It is a free app designed to be a hub for social activism, providing people with resources to events, organizations, and peers that are interested in the same issues that you're passionate about. Because it is a social networking app, it's main targeted audience is the youth, but there is no suggestion that the an older demographic cannot use the service as well. In fact, I think the simplicity of the interface and the service plays a part in the app's accessibility. Organizations are also encouraged to use the app for their own platform in order to reach out to more people and advertise their cause. So while on the surface it may just look like another social networking service, TurnUp is a great basis for everyone of similar ideals, fighting for social justice, to rally together and educate each other. Simplicity and Ease of Use: On release, the app's simplistic design lends itself to its functionality. It's ease of access is credited to its straightforward design of posting events, following organizations, and looking at different resources. It currently does not need any fancy or extravagant features because there is not a use for it yet. It does what it does, and it does it well. People can be overwhelmed at the amount of information out of the internet nowadays, not knowing where to start when it comes to social activism. TurnUp does a great job of compiling these resources for new and experience people to social activism, and presents it in format that is sleek and inviting. Example of Use: For users, TurnUp is a great resource for finding like-minded people to talk about social issues that you care about. It is ideal for posting graphics and updates to social justice within the community, and create events for people to rally or learn more about certain topics. For those that are new to social activism, but want to get more involved, it is also a great starting point in providing resources and organizations that users can reach out and learn more. For organizations, TurnUp is a great opportunity for small and large organizations to reach out to a younger demographic and get their support. By partnering with TurnUp, organizations would be able to have a official role on the app as an recognized entity, and anyone with their same interest would be easily led to their guidance. Overall, while the app is young and new, TurnUp has a lot of great things to offer, and with more support and future quality-of-life additions, they could really change the socila networking environment for social activism, making it more inviting and interactive for all ages.
