You will govern all 81 provinces of Türkiye. You will determine taxes, the budget, the army, and relations with neighbors — and every decision will have a price.
Turkey Simulator is a strategy game with no fixed turns. The game clock ticks; you can pause, speed up, and intervene in any province on the map at any time. No leverage yields immediate results: the budget you allocate to education today will return to the economy years later, and the funds you cut today will appear as unrest in the streets tomorrow.
COUNTRY MANAGEMENT
• Invest in four sectors separately in each of the 81 provinces: industry, education, health, and infrastructure.
• Build factories, ports, universities, hospitals, dams, and barracks. Structures work in conjunction with the development of the province they are located in. • Distribute the budgets of ten ministries. The budget is limited; what you give to one will be taken from another. • Adjust the tax burden. Raising it relieves the treasury, but burdens the people. • Pass laws, get them through parliament, and repeal those that don't work.
TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH
• A technology tree ranging from irrigation to artificial intelligence, from armored vehicles to submarines. Each technology unlocks new units, structures, and laws. • Research speed isn't tied to a single button: population, schooling, universities, and the power of the economy work together.
ARMY AND WARFARE
• Fourteen unit types: infantry, commando, armored, artillery, rocket launcher, air defense, fighter jet, frigate, submarine, and more. • Armies are formed from brigades; you divide, merge, and march between provinces. You bear the casualties on the front lines in combat, while support units are protected in the rear — the composition of the army is a real decision. • Provinces don't change hands instantly. Sieges last for days, battles stretch over days; you have time to send reinforcements. • Select multiple armies by drawing boxes on the map, and give them all commands with a single touch.
DIPLOMACY AND PEACE
• 20 neighboring countries make their own decisions: they grow their economies, build their armies, and declare war when relations deteriorate. They do not break the agreements they sign. • Non-aggression, trade, and alliance agreements; state visits, cultural agreements, condemnations, embargoes. • War points are earned on the battlefield. As you gain dominance, options for a white peace, reparations, and territorial annexation open up at the peace table. The territories you acquire become real provinces: they pay taxes, are included in the population, and can be invested in — but they begin with unrest.
MAP
• Zoomable vector map covering the entire world. • Heatmaps showing the economy, happiness, development, and unrest alongside the political outlook. See at a glance where your country is weak.
COMPLETELY OFFLINE
• One-time payment. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions. • No internet, no account required. Playable on airplanes. • No data is collected; your progress only stops on your own device.
The game ends in only two ways: you lose all your territory or you surrender. Even if your approval rating plummets and your treasury goes into negative territory, the seat is still yours — with all the consequences.
