You don't need access to everything on my phone! You say you can turn off battery optimization, but you can't if you're under a load because it quits tracking. Tracking should only be a ping every 15-30 min. Not a continuous run. Instead of giving a generic reply, why don't you try to use your own app and see what everyone is complaining about to actually make a good tracking app!

I was being forced by my company 2 leave a decent review, I finally got around 2 being able to tell the truth. This product completely miscalculates its maps, the program has issues taking pictures of paperwork and in the past, how much of said documents you can take a pic of. A lot of the communication within is quite pointless in itself as well since it requires a GPS update every so often so good luck trying 2 run other products at the same time ie. logs... it nearly blew up my phone battery.

This app is very invasive. It forces you to give permissions to operate and it accesses other apps without asking permission at all. EDIT after Turvo reply- it never asked if it could access maps but it did. Forcing me to let it access battery optimization is also invasive. I had to turn off notifications to stop the CONSTANT notifications from this app. I uninstalled it immediately after load so I can't remember the other things I hated about it. And why can't my data be deleted?
