The app needs a lot of work. You are forced to tell them where and when your appointment is. Then they add their response times and they tell you when they will pick you up. You will arrive way before your appointment time. Also, it is impossible to do a "will call" with the app. This is when you don't know how long your appointment will last. Every time I've used the app I have to call anyway to clear up some issue or have a question answered. It's better to not use the app and call in.

**First, love this service is available** However, the app doesn't work well. I like being able to schedule rides with it, but it is very basic, with lots of issues: 1)only being able to do one task per screen. 2)doesn't allow for password saving. 3)The screen cuts off writing. 4)Currently, the app is not connecting to the server, so unable to schedule any rides. 5)would like to be able to schedule more than 7 days in advance. 6) have allowed notifications but have yet to receive any.

No-fault situations have taken place so often with late pickups and abandoned trips home. Some doctors have dropped me for missing 3 appts, over time. I end up always on the phone or on hold with dispatch. Then it's too late to go to appt. After the posted (in the office waiting rooms on a sign) minutes late, most doctor's offices cannot take you that day. It would mess up their whole day of later scheduled patient appointments! So, missed appointments happen, sometimes on repeats!
