**First, love this service is available** However, the app doesn't work well. I like being able to schedule rides with it, but it is very basic, with lots of issues: 1)only being able to do one task per screen. 2)doesn't allow for password saving. 3)The screen cuts off writing. 4)Currently, the app is not connecting to the server, so unable to schedule any rides. 5)would like to be able to schedule more than 7 days in advance. 6) have allowed notifications but have yet to receive any.

not sure what's going on but the app doesn't work anymore , it just thinks for a long time then says error. I tried deleting cashe, I tried reinstall, nothing usual works. help please

Sun Van is great. They provide a valuable service to the Tucson community. Their app has a lot of great features and works great.
