The playback for recordings stopped working on February 29th after talking with the company, Camsoy, I found out it was because the programmers didn't take into consideration Leap Year when they wrote the program. So they put this update out and it crashes. The app doesn't run at all. So, if you have the older version of this program, don't update it or your camera will be worthless. If you bought the camera for that goes with this app you should return it, because the app doesn't work.

The camera goes offline every 30mins and there is no way to get it back online to view anything. The app is useless 😡 and can't access the camera or re-wake it. But strange both the app and camera will stay open to the internet but goes offline once the internet is removed. This is useless 😠 and won't stay on permanent for offline use, no way to ip access it either from another security software as I don't know what Port number it works on either. Horrible and needs fixing.

it worked fine at first, the other works fine. But the one I'm having a problem with I all of a sudden get an offline screen. I didnt do anything different, I had left it alone. anything I do, it will not seem to turn from AP mode to IP mode. I either get a steady blue light, slowly flashing blue light, a steady blue light with a slowly flashing red light, or a steady red and blue light. and all still says offline. when I checked sd card, it has the feed on it. I cant view it from my phone
