Tutor Planner is a lesson planner and student tracker for independent tutors who need one clear place for students, schedules, packages, records, billing, reports, and exports.

Plan lessons in day, week, or month views, track prepaid packages or postpaid classes, record homework and next steps, follow learning results, create bills, and export schedules as images or PDFs.

Plan lessons and update students from the new Pro desktop workspace on the same Wi-Fi. Reports now include interactive charts and configurable PDF or high-resolution image exports. Add a first lesson package while creating a student, and attach PDF or Word files to lesson records.

Protect breaks and days off with unavailable time blocks, weekly repeats and scheduling conflict checks. New short video tutorials in 14 languages help you learn everyday tasks from Settings or the empty student list.

Keep tutoring records on your Android device. Optional Google Drive sync uses your own Google account and storage to keep your Android devices up to date. No separate Tutor Planner account is required. Optional usage analytics stay off unless you enable them.
