While trying to open to watch, pop-up message appears saying that the connection has failed. Please resolve this issue and repair asap! Not very responsive to and uncooperative to all complaints about channels not being able to stream smoothly

i've been using this app for a long time now, and after being away from the app for a few months now, the app no longer loads channels. i do not know why this is happening.
